Three cornerstones

SEJM works with three core principles in all leadership development:

Self-awareness

Understanding yourself – your strengths, limitations and motivations – is the foundation of all development. Without self-awareness it is difficult to know where you stand, and even harder to choose the right path forward.

Integrity

Leading with integrity means being consistent, honest and unpretentious in your approach. It builds trust with colleagues and provides stability in difficult situations.

Personal Social Responsibility (PSR)

PSR is a personal interpretation of CSR – Corporate Social Responsibility. We believe that sustainable leadership starts with each individual's personal commitment and accountability, not just in policies or presentations.

Methods and tools

Coaching

Coaching is a highly effective method for developing yourself and unlocking untapped potential. You receive help with ideas and formulating actions that allow you to demonstrate, apply and deepen new learning.

As your coach, I help you focus and systematically explore specific questions and opportunities that are important for reaching your desired goals. I encourage you to explore alternative ideas and solutions and make well-informed decisions.

DISC Behavioural Profile

DISC is a well-proven tool for mapping behaviours. You complete a questionnaire which is then analysed together with me as your guide. The results help you understand your own and others' behaviours.

Clear graphs and descriptions provide a concrete basis for your starting point. The results often generate genuine insights and a clear understanding of your strengths and areas for improvement.

About Stefan Wittrin

For more than 20 years I have worked in various leadership positions – from smaller companies to some of the largest in their respective industries: Manpower, Telia and Peab. Over the years my career has taken me through rapid expansions as well as tough downturns.

I am a certified coach, organisational consultant and licenced for Extended DISC. I am convinced of every person's inherent capacity to lead and improve their own circumstances.
